Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that the company policies are adhered to when carrying out the
procurement activities to meet cost savings targets and business
objectives.
Quantified and ensure that a pool of preferred vendors is in place to
support operational requirements.
Support the Operations team in the full spectrum of procurement process
from sourcing to contracts management.
Manage all procurement related contracts and contractors relationships
for all sites under the specified Strategic Account.
Attend to sites feedbacks and assist in resolving problems with suppliers,
Act as the strategic sourcing lead in specified categories of purchases to
establish group contract/s for the Company by conducting spend
analysis, demand aggregation, devising strategies to negotiate and
contract with suppliers to achieve the desired outcomes.
Manage and control food costs at targeted level.
Participate in projects for new sites biddings and mobilizations.
Conduct tender management.
Any other Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven food and beverage experience.
Strong in Cost saving, negotiation, and sourcing preferably in strategic
sourcing and category management
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power point, System Software
Possess good analytical and Communication Skill
Good time management, resourceful and able to perform under tight
deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
Up to date with Food and Beverage market trends and best practices.
Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree related to Food/Supply Chain.
