Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
The Senior Executive, Sales Support will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to ensure smooth coordination of corporate reporting, sales order processing, client servicing, and general sales administration. The role supports the sales team in delivering efficient service to corporate clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain corporate sales reports, performance tracking, and business summaries for management review.
- Process sales orders, quotations, confirmations, invoices, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments on booking arrangements, ticketing, billing, and operational requirements.
- Support administrative functions including filing, documentation management, contract administration, and data updates.
- Handle simple sales enquiries from corporate clients, agents, and business partners via email or phone.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution of operational or administrative matters.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentation materials, reports, and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer databases.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
- Support ad hoc projects and departmental assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales support, administration, hospitality, attractions, or tourism industry preferred.
- Able to work on Saturdays. Working mainly in office and occasionally within parks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing dashboards and sales reports using Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
