About the Role
HCSA Academy is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Senior Executive, Sales & Administration to drive student recruitment, build partnerships and support students throughout their learning journey.
This role combines student recruitment, sales, partnership development and programme administration, with the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by connecting individuals, including those from vulnerable backgrounds to training and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student recruitment and enrolment to achieve intake and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through social media, school visits, open houses, roadshows and community outreach.
- Advise prospective students and guide them through the application and enrolment process.
- Build partnerships with schools, social service agencies, community organisations, corporate partners and government bodies.
- Develop relationships with employers, particularly in the F&B sector, to create employment opportunities for graduates.
- Support students in their transition from training to employment.
- Coordinate admissions, student records, course fees, grants and other programme administration.
- Support student wellbeing and work closely with trainers to address student needs.
- Maintain accurate student data and prepare required reports and regulatory submissions.
- Support alumni engagement and tracking.
Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in education, training, sales, student recruitment or a related field or at least 5 years of relevant experience with secondary/high school qualifications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good planning, organisational and administrative abilities.
- Service-oriented and comfortable engaging people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office familiarity with social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
