Main Duties
- Cost estimating and preparation of tender documents
- Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services
- Evaluating Contractor&aposs design proposals and specifications
- Assessing interim payment applications and final accounts
- Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services
- Providing general support & advice on various aspects of mechanical & electrical services
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University
- Minimum 7 years postgraduate experience in the design, supervision and project management of both mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Polytechnic graduates with minimum 5 years&apos relevant experience may also be considered
- Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good communication and written skills in English
- Competency in Chinese will be an advantage
Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, and are conversant with mechanical and electrical building services may also be considered.
