Job Description
This role will support in SingPost Centre Retail Operations such as all Mechanical & Electrical and soft services.
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing day to day SingPost Centre operations including but not limiting to security, cleanliness, fit-out works, Capex improvement works, plan and execute safe management procedures, ensure managing agents and vendors comply with building operations and standards.
Other operation responsibilities include:
- Maintenance
- Periodic Inspection of properties (jointly with MAs)
- Oversee soft services such as Cleaning, Security, Pest Control, Horticulture, Plumbing & Sanitary, Building faade, etc
- Vendor Management such as specialised contractors, term contractors
- Ensure statutory compliance
- Support ad hoc projects including follow up on installations of solar panels, food waste digester and smart water meters.
- All property maintenance related functions.
- Support in office management, fit-out works related functions.
You will need to have:
- Diploma in Property/Facilities Management or related courses
- 3 years relevant or similar experience
- Good stakeholders management
- Good time project and time management
