About the role

As a Programmes Senior Executive, you will play a key part in shaping the future of IP education in Singapore and beyond, contributing to the development of a robust IP skills ecosystem that supports innovation, enterprise, and economic growth.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage diverse training programmes in shaping the skills and knowledge of participants, contributing to their professional development and success. You will work closely with industry leaders, government agencies, and international partners to co-develop learning solutions that are market-relevant, scalable, and aligned with emerging skills demands. The role also provides exposure to strategic planning, including landscape analysis and data-driven decision-making that supports organisational priorities.

As part of a dynamic and forward-looking team, you will be encouraged to think critically, challenge assumptions, and contribute ideas that go beyond execution-allowing you to make meaningful contributions to both programme excellence and long-term ecosystem development.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, and clients to lead the planning and delivery of impactful training programmes from conception to completion.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to promote relevant training programmes that meet their evolving needs.
• Identify, explore, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships, both locally and internationally.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret programme and stakeholder data to evaluate impact, track performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Contribute to corporate planning and strategic reviews through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Initiate and oversee course development projects by engaging stakeholders to understand evolving industry and client needs, translating insights into programme concepts and collaborating with subject matter experts for content creation.

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 2-4 years of relevant working experience in an Institute of Higher Learning will be an advantage.
• Analytical & Research Skills: Able to synthesise data, conduct basic analysis, and derive insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Strategic Thinking: Interest in understanding industry ecosystems, trends, and how training initiatives create impact at a broader level.
• Programme Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage training programmes/projects while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, trainers, clients, and industry bodies.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, able to front projects independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Meticulous and responsible working attitude.
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will be an advantage.
