Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a Programme Management Team to ensure successful execution of a complex and fast-paced project. Tasks include supporting the Programme Manager in the following:
  • Planning, executing, and tracking of programme timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinating between stakeholders such as Technical, Production, Legal and Finance Departments, to ensure alignment with programme deliverables
  • Communicating with Suppliers and tracking of Supplier deliverables
  • Providing regular updates to key stakeholders such as Management and Customer
  • Monitoring of risks, writing proposals for approvals, procurement, logistics arrangements and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
  • Project execution experience will be an added advantage
  • Singaporean only
