Job Description
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for facilities-related categories, including tenders, RFQs, bid evaluation, and stakeholder support from pre- to post-tender stages.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes and meet operational requirements.
- Ensure contract compliance by collaborating with Legal and Risk teams, aligning agreements with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk controls.
- Monitor supplier performance against contracts and SLAs, addressing issues and maintaining strong vendor governance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, system implementations, and process optimization within the procurement function.
- Maintain procurement documentation and audit readiness, providing required evidence for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Facilities, Administration, IT, Finance, and Legal, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or higher in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably supporting Facilities or Corporate Services operations.
- Proven track record in handling tender processes, RFQs, and managing contractual agreements.
- Solid experience in ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining procurement governance.
