Position Responsibilities
- Perform product pricing for new product development and analyze financial experience of insurance programs
- Present pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and enhance pricing methodologies, analytics, and business intelligence tools
- Provide actuarial input to product design and initiatives
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk Management teams
- Facilitate internal discussions with product managers, valuation teams, and marketing from a pricing perspective
- Support product approval negotiations with Corporate, Regional, and Regulatory bodies
- Conduct base studies to identify future product development opportunities
- Assist in new product implementation, including system development and sales illustration testing
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant actuarial experience
- Demonstrated progress in actuarial exams (SOA, IFoA, or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with actuarial software and data tools (e.g., Prophet, Excel, SQL)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in life insurance pricing
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in insurance product development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
