Job Responsibilities
1. To support the Director and Manager of Patient Management Unit in the development, execution and implementation of organizational level projects.
2. To ensure the smooth running of the Financial Counselling system.
3. To conduct data analysis to support hospital pricing reviews.
4. To review hospital bills under strategic partnership.
5. To support hospital revenue growth.
6. To streamline administrative processes for patients across Inpatient and Outpatient care.
7. Collaborate with other departments/ stakeholders to improve existing work processes.
8. Promote teamwork, co-operation and harmonious relationship among staff and other employees of the Hospital.
9. Participate in Hospital Committees or Workgroups as required.
10. Perform any duties assigned by the supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent
2. Minimum 4 years of working experience
3. Fresh grads are welcome to apply too
4. Attention to details and ability to manage numeric data
5. Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
6. Able to communicate effectively and work as team as well as independently
