Overview

This role supports the coordination of enquiries and service requests from patients, clients, and internal departments. The incumbent will ensure timely resolution of cases and maintain service standards within the Patient Liaison Centre(PLC).

KeyResponsibilities

• Handle and resolve enquiries and requests received through the PatientLiaison Centre in a timely and appropriate manner
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitatepatient referrals for outpatient appointments, in accordance with establishedprotocols and procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on cases handled
• Provide administrative support and assist with daily operations withinthe department
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment
• A team player with good coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems
