Senior Executive, Partnerships & Donor Relations

Role Overview:
Drive impactful fundraising initiatives, expand donor networks, and nurture long-term community partnerships. Use your passion for social impact, strong communication skills, and relationship-building expertise to support meaningful programs for youth and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising & Donor Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new donors co-develop strategies to boost engagement and revenue.

• Donor Management: Build lasting donor relationships manage communications, recognition, and stewardship efforts.

• Events & Campaigns: Plan and execute fundraising events track performance and refine strategies for future initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, PR, or related) diploma with relevant experience considered.

• Genuine passion for community impact.

• Strong multitasking, data analysis, and reporting skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.

• Knowledge of fundraising regulations and governance in Singapore.
