About the Role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional looking to grow their career within a high-performing, collaborative team.

Team Overview

The Activation Team sits at the heart of client delivery. They manage day-to-day campaign execution, drive performance, and act as trusted advisors to clients through data-led insights and strategic thinking.

Role Overview

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across search and other digital channels. You'll work closely with Campaign Managers and Senior Campaign Managers to deliver strong performance, insights, and client satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys campaign execution, analysis, and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and/or Video
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure campaign efficiency
  • Develop media plans and recommend testing and optimisation strategies
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights and post-campaign reports
  • Maintain strong client communication and provide performance recommendations
  • Build relationships with media and platform partners
  • Support and mentor junior team members where required

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in paid media channels (paid social, display, or video)
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, performance media, and technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working in Excel and performance data
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
