Job Description

Who Are We:

Stroke Support Station (S3) is a non-profit organization in Singapore dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for stroke survivors and their caregivers. S3 provides a range of programs focused on rehabilitation, empowerment, and community reintegration. Through specialized activities, wellness programs, and caregiver support, S3 aims to foster physical, emotional, and social well-being. The organization also advocates for stroke awareness and collaborates with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and partners to offer holistic, person-centered care for the stroke recovery journey.

You Will:

  • Ensure smooth delivery of key services, programmes, and engagement activities.
  • Manage scheduling, reporting, compliance, and operational KPIs.
  • Conduct outreach within the Pioneer and Boon Lay community to engage seniors.
  • Support seniors through regular check-ins, activities, and follow-ups (including home visits where necessary).
  • Facilitate interest groups, workshops, and health-related activities.
  • Identify seniors needs and propose relevant programmes.
  • Work with community partners (e.g., grassroots, healthcare providers, SSAs) to co-develop initiatives and strengthen support networks.
  • Guide and coordinate volunteers supporting centre activities.
  • Maintain good relationships with seniors, caregivers, partners, and stakeholders. Organisational Support
  • Assist in organisation-wide events, pilots, and projects when required.

You Are:

  • equipped with minimally a Diploma or degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Health, Psychology, Gerontology, or related fields, or relevant experience.
  • Someone with minimally 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Friendly and outgoing person who likes to interact with people.
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, proactive and resourceful.
  • Excellent project management and events coordination skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications.
  • Candidates with demonstrated leadership experience in programme management, community engagement, or team/volunteer supervision may be considered for the Assistant Manager position, depending on experience and overall suitability.
