Job description:
- Assess, develop, and implement organisational development (OD) plans and initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities, purpose, and values.
- Provide end-to-end coordination and execution of OD workplans, including workshops, engagement sessions, diagnostics, and leadership touchpoints.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, including preparing communication materials, stakeholder updates, training sessions, and practical toolkits.
- Partner with HR and Communications to deliver high-impact staff engagement activities, onboarding programmes, employer branding events, and roadshows.
- Maintain accurate tracking, data analysis, and reporting of OD initiatives and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure coordinated, smooth project delivery and event management.
- Participate in capability-building initiatives, designing learning materials and interventions to enhance team and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the service or healthcare industry.
- Strong project management, communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
- Experience in organisation-wide transformation, change management, or stakeholder engagement will be advantageous.
- Keen to work in healthcare sector.
