We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to oversee commercial/business and operational functions within Cura Day Surgery Centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing patient experience, engaging key stakeholders (Drs, TPA, insurers), and ensuring smooth operations and administrative workflows. This candidate will work closely with the management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Procurement of consumables used in the centre, which includes sourcing and obtaining quotation.
- Raising Purchase Requisition (PR) to the Central Procurement team.
- update and maintain records of Goods Receivable Note (GRN) in our inventory system
- To process monthly invoices and foster a good collaboration relationship with the finance department
- To attend to the operation needs of the Centre daily
- Assist in preparing excel reports on monthly revenue, cases and utilisation.
- Well-versed in the full spectrum of insurance and corporate financing arrangements, including TPA schemes, corporate health plans, and Integrated Shield Plans (IPs).
- Oversee daily operations and administrative functions, including billings, invoicing, Doctors LC, payments, and claims.
- Ensuring accurate claim submission and reimbursement in accordance with insurer guidelines.
- Coordinate system and technology-related needs, including instrument tracking solutions.
- Manage service recovery professionally and promptly, ensuring timely resolution of concerns raised by patients or doctors.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management to support centre operations and business development.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent required healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administrative and patient-facing roles.
- Prior experience in a surgical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and claims portals (e.g., MediClaim) is highly preferred.
