Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to support our department. If you enjoy coordinating processes, managing records, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain SOP documentation, ensuring timely updates and proper dissemination of changes
  • Provide full meeting support, including coordination, scheduling, and preparation of accurate meeting minutes
  • Process MCST invoicing accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain master records for training, awards, certifications, EHS data and season parking
  • Identify trends, patterns and business opportunities through data analysis
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports and presentations
  • Develop, maintain database and ensure accuracy and integrity of data records and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business needs
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for the department

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good data analytic skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles is an advantage
