Job Description

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency

1.1 Conduct in-depthanalysis of current-state processes using structured methodologies to identifyinefficiencies, root causes and improvement opportunities.

1.2 Lead end-to-endprocess improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduceturnaround time, improve quality and strengthen controls.

1.3 Refine and harmonizeSOPs, guidelines, and playbooks in collaboration with respective teams.

1.4 Develop and maintainoperational dashboards and reports to provide insights that support decisionmakingwithin the Operations Division.

1.5 Recommend and pilotsuitable workflows, automation, or AIenabled solutions to streamline tasks andenhance process performance.

Project and System Enhancement Participation

1.6 Lead projects,system changes, and cross functional initiatives related to Operations.

1.7 Conduct userrequirements gathering, design and maintain UAT test plans, coordinate UATincluding resolution tracking and implementation support.

Business Continuity Management (BCM) Support

1.8 Support BCM planningactivities such as business impact analysis (BIA), maintaining BCMdocumentation and readiness activities for Operations.

1.9 Assist in developingdisaster recovery test plan and coordinating testing for Operations.

1.10 May be required toprovide support for the Company's BCM activities.

2. EDUCATION / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

2.1 Diploma or degree holderin IT or Business Administration

2.2 Certification inGeneral Insurance or relevant insurance qualifications is an advantage.

3. WORK EXPERIENCE & ANY SPECIFIC SKILLS SETREQUIRED

3.1 Minimum 3 years infinancial industry with experience in process improvement and businessanalysis.

3.2 Strong proficiencyin enterprise productivity platforms, with handson experience in tools such asPower Automate, Power BI, Planner, SharePoint, and advanced Excel. Comfortableexploring and adopting new digital and AIenabled solutions.

3.3 Familiarity withprocessimprovement methodologies (e.g., Lean thinking) is an advantage.

3.4 Strong analyticaland documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex processes intoclear steps.

3.5 Effectivecommunication and stakeholdermanagement capabilities.

3.6 Experiencesupporting BCM activities is beneficial, or willingness to build competency inthis area is expected.
