Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for venue bookings and event closings.
- Assist with responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Assist with Front of House administrative matters like rostering and dissemination of event information to ushering team.
- Assist with the issuance of Letter of Acceptance, event estimate, rental deposit, final costing, and post event payment.
- Assist in the dissemination of the feedback form for hirers and partners.
- Work closely with the Finance department to ensure that billing and payments are collected and processed in a timely manner.
- Liaise with hirers on outstanding deposits and payment.
- To ensure excellent customer service when liaising with hirers and partners.
- Support with the preparation of management reports.
- Any additional duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Arts Management, Business Administration, and/ or Events Management, preferably with working knowledge in the following fields: Arts Facilities Management, Tenancy Management, Leasing and/or Partnership Management.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Event Business Management Software (EBMS) is preferred.
- Strong interest and passion in Chinese arts and culture.
- Outgoing personality with a can-do spirit.
- Good time and relationship management skills.
- Able to work independently and be a good team player.
- Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
