We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Operations Support team.
Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent will manage and provide the operational, logistical, administrative and system maintenance support for branches, Livewires, OCBs and retail outlets.

What You'll Do
- You will manage the requisition and logistical arrangement of purchases for branches, Livewires, OCBs and retail outlets, including the co-ordination of the raising of Purchase Requisitions, Service Orders as well as performing Goods Receive in COUPA.
- You will manage the ad-hoc Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Branches, Retailers, Livewires and OCBs.
- You will review and monitor the outlets ordering pattern of betting supplies e.g. bet slips and thermal rolls which includes collation and analysis of inventory data across retail network, determine optimal level and collaborate with stakeholders to instill good stock management practice by outlets.
- You will co-ordinate the arrangement of servicing and maintenance of venue equipment and liaise closely with Workplace & Sustainability Engineering.
- You will manage the live telecast schedule for Livewire venues.
- You will liaise with other departments and vendors as and when directed and handle corporate events and execute targeted venue related programs.
- You will provide support in Channel's project e.g. involvement in requirements discussion, user stories & test scenarios preparation and perform UAT for UBTs, RTMS and host betting systems e.g. Sports new leagues, SSTs etc.
- You will lead and manage retail process digitization and improvement which involve the review, development and implementation of new ways of handling operational processes.
- You will review and update operational processes and procedures and communicate established operation processes e.g. EOD reconciliation to front-line staff.
- You will conduct analysis of data and provide insight as and when required by Division Head and HODs.
Who You Are
- You have a Degree in any discipline.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics and administration functions.
- You possess computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office 365, Qlik etc.
- You have good interpersonal, communications and analytical skills.
- You have knowledge in logistics and operations.
- You have the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
