Senior Executive Officer, Draw & Result Operations

We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Draw & Result Operations team to perform lottery draw, lottery draw video production, sports resulting/settlement duties and dissemination of results successfully.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will have the day-to-day responsibility of ensuring integrity for all draws, content production and resulting/settlement are carried out in a fair, accurate and timely manner in compliance with the established procedures and standards.

What You'll Do

• You will perform lottery pre-draw preparation, conduct draw and post production.
• You will operate customized lottery mechanical machinery, lottery stream system and video editing software.
• You will create, edit, and publish high-quality video content that aligns with our brand.
• You will utilize analytics tools (example YouTube Analytics) to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• You will validate and disseminate content and results to various platforms, including social media platforms.
• You will need to monitor sports matches while they are being played and verify the winning selections calculations and logic.
• You will need to analyze lottery and sports data.
• You will conduct monthly maintenance for draw equipment, draw balls and audio equipment and ensure all equipment are in good working condition.
• You will act as the Team Lead during the shift hours you are rostered to.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably video production, video editing, or the equivalent.
• You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, vMix, and DaVinci Resolve.
• You should have basic data analytics knowledge.
• You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are interested in sports (e.g. football and motor racing) and have knowledge of sports and lottery products.
• You should be able to work on weekends, Public Holidays and perform shift hours, including night shift.
