We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer to join our Digital Innovation team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Assistant Manager, the incumbent will drive the user acceptance testing operations for the company's remote betting channels as digital test specialist.

What You'll Do
- You will execute test automation for digital channels as well as emerging platforms, analyse test case specifications and create automated test cases.
- You will design and organize automated test cases so that specific testing scenarios can be run without intervention, document individual test cases in the testing platform, review past test cases periodically for optimization, and create automated scripts for test data creation whenever applicable.
- You will test enhancements/bug fixes to ensure compliance quality assurance policy requirements and best practices and in accordance with business requirements, conduct first level analysis of defects and work closely with the technology team to ensure timely resolution of the reported bugs, conduct prioritization of bugs, leveraging business understanding and technical comprehension of the issue, and manage communication of bugs, problems and escalations to internal and external partners/vendors as required.
- You will perform retesting of UAT defects to ensure that the fixes are deployed and working before passing to users for retest.
- You will analyse design specifications and create comprehensive test plan for projects, document individual test cases in the testing platform, and review past test cases periodically for optimisation.
- You will perform testing of code for enhancements/bug fixes to ensure compliance quality assurance policy requirements and best practices and in accordance with business requirements, ensure 100% test coverage on all business requirements, and capture user requirements and create user stories.
- You will prepare comprehensive test scripts for the new modules to be tested, conduct User Acceptance Tests on new modules implemented, prepare and maintain detailed test documents such as test cases, checklist and various testing artefacts, report progress on UAT activities and issues to the project team and to management.
- You will work with stakeholders to translate business requirements to system specifications and collaborate with Technology team in release planning of enhancements and fixes based on business priorities and value.
- You will utilize analytical skills to investigate and drive resolution of issues found in UAT activities.
- You will perform regular updating and QC of SOP process documentation, prepare new process documentation, conduct regular housekeeping and backup of files and do knowledge transfer.
Who You Are
- You will need a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related IT Discipline.
- You will need minimum of 1-2 years of experience in testing online or ecommerce platforms i.e. front-end (Website/Mobile App).
- You should be familiar with the entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Integration, User Acceptance, Performance, Regression) and understand existing testing best practices and methodologies to design, implement, and automate processes.
- Knowledge of software testing processes, test automation, build and testing frameworks, and continuous integration pipelines for enterprise web applications would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of automation principles and programming experience would be an advantage.
- You should have experience in defining quality standards and metrics for projects/products, creating, analysing, and validating detailed test plans and test cases.
- You should have experience with various test data management strategies and tooling.
- You should have experience in Agile methodology and practices.
- Experience in JIRA, automation testing tools e.g. Selenium, TOSCA, etc.
- You should have experience in understanding business complexity and systems interdependencies.
- You should be able to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on agile delivery.
- You should be tech savvy, have attention to detail, good organizational skills and strong team player.
- You should be able to work independently, as a strong self-starter and collaborate with other teams, communicate effectively in verbal and written with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to present progress updates, test results, and strategic recommendations effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders would be an advantage.
