Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare global reefer and special cargo strategy
- Monitor progress and performance of global reefer and special cargo
- Set global policies and guidelines for reefer and special cargo
- Identify and support executing improvement of global reefer and special cargo business
- Study and suggest optimal reefer scale
- Work with Container Flow Management to manage optimal reefer and special cargo equipment flow
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Shipping, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade & Marketing and Yield Management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience with OPUS, Looker, and strong data handling skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA) will be advantageous.
