We are seeking a self-motivated team player to join them in the following role:
Job Description
- Provide operational support for a key MNC customer in the Electronics & Electrical industry.
- Act as the main liaison with the customer's Regional Operations team in Singapore.
- Coordinate with internal account management teams across South Asia & Oceania, East Asia, and Japan on daily operational matters and service performance.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly visibility and performance KPI reports. (Weekend support required during month-end to ensure visibility and revenue optimization for the customer.)
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both the customer and internal stakeholders.
- Manage claims administration, coordinating internal and external claims related to the customer.
- Assist with report generation, claims, insurance, and other business requirements.
- Support regional initiatives to expand business opportunities and strengthen the customer's share of business.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution. (Forwarding / Contract Logistics background is an added advantage.)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
