The Role

Senior Executive (IT Systems & Operations)

The Executive / Senior Executive, EUC & Microsoft 365 Support supports day to day End User Computing (EUC) and Microsoft 365 operations to ensure a stable, secure, and productive digital workplace.

The role focuses on operational support, vendor coordination, and disciplined administration, contributing to service reliability, user satisfaction, and compliance with IT standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

EUC & Microsoft 365 Operations

  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for end‑user computing issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and standard applications.
  • Support endpoint lifecycle activities such as device provisioning, deployment, refresh coordination, patching follow‑ups, and compliance checks.
  • Assist in Microsoft 365 operational support, including basic administration and user support for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange‑related issues within defined procedures.
  • Support device management and security hygiene activities using tools such as Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), including device compliance checks and remediation follow‑ups.
  • Perform basic identity and access support tasks related to Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA onboarding issues, and account access troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot user incidents and service requests, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and timely resolution.
  • Maintain EUC documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues and standard processes.
  • Act as a support point of contact (SPOC) for EUC vendors, tracking tickets, monitoring SLA adherence, following up on deliverables, and escalating issues when required.

Administrative & Coordination Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to EUC operations, including meeting scheduling, preparation of agendas, minutes taking, and action tracking.
  • Maintain operational trackers for EUC assets, device inventories, software licenses, renewals, warranties, and procurement records.
  • Support reporting activities such as service performance summaries, ticket statistics, aging reports, and operational dashboards.
  • Assist in maintaining audit ready documentation, ensuring approvals, records, and SOPs are accurate and properly stored.
  • Coordinate internal and vendor communications to ensure tasks, actions, and timelines are clearly tracked and closed.

Network Administrative Support

  • Raise and track network related vendor tickets (e.g. connectivity, Wi Fi, site issues) and follow through to closure.
  • Support coordination of network incidents and changes by tracking status updates, action items, and communications.
  • Maintain basic network documentation and inventories, including site details, vendor contacts, and service records.
  • Follow up on network access or change requests with vendors or internal stakeholders, without performing deep technical configuration.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Suitable experience for 2–5 years in IT operations, EUC support, or service desk environments.
  • Working knowledge of end user computing environments, including Windows OS, standard productivity tools, and endpoint troubleshooting.
  • Basic operational familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and device management concepts.
  • Exposure to Intune / MEM, Entra ID, MFA concepts, and IT service management practices is advantageous.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and follow up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when engaging users, vendors, and stakeholders.
