As a Senior Executive, Membership Relations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managed daily Membership and Guest Services operations by handling customer enquiries, resolving feedback, and processing membership applications, renewals, and related transactions.
  • Performed opening and closing procedures, ensuring accurate shift documentation and operational readiness at all times.
  • Collaborated with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality membership and guest services.
  • Worked closely with the Marketing team to support membership programmes, promotional campaigns, and member engagement events.
  • Maintained the confidentiality and accuracy of member information while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service standards.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma n Business or Marketing , or equivalent
