Who We Need

The Strategic Marketing team drives growth, market share, and revenue for Mount Alvernia Hospital through integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.

You will support and drive initiatives across campaign execution, digital and social marketing, CRM, partnerships, sponsorships, and market development to ensure our services reach the right audiences effectively.

We are looking for a hands-on, digitally savvy marketing professional who is organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Supports the execution of integrated marketing and go-to-market campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Supports the launch of products, services, and campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and offline channels.
  • Manages social content, campaign execution, and audience engagement across key platforms.
  • Supports the development and coordination of partnerships and sponsorship opportunities with corporate and external stakeholders.
  • Plans and deliver events, including seminars and talks.
  • Uses marketing and customer data to optimise campaigns, CRM, and targeted communications.
  • Tracks campaign performance and support post-campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Keep abreast of digital, social, and consumer trends and apply relevant ideas to strengthen marketing performance.
  • Supports vendor management, budgets, contracts, and reporting.
  • Supports other initiatives, new business opportunities, and tasks assigned by the HOD or Director.

How to Succeed

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Grade A in English Language (GP or A-Levels).
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience inmarketing or communications.
  • Healthcare industry experience is anadvantage.
  • Excellent English communication, writing,and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platformsincluding Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in marketing and analyticstools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the abilityto turn insights into action.
  • Experience in paid social advertising and campaign management.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
