Senior Executive - Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Purpose and Scope

Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Working with stakeholders, service providers, contractors and consultants, reviewing the providing value engineering solutions with the objective of achieving quality, compliance and value for money
• Support tender and execution of projects
• Review of sub-contractors proposal and design
• Work with respective sub-contractors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon, fire protection etc..) to produce shop drawings
• Integrate shop drawings into BIM system for feasibility review
• Familiar with Data Center Construction
• Familiar with BCA Green Mark Energy Efficiency Platinum
• Coordinate site activities during construction
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors etc
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• A recognized Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in construction industry
• Familiar with API 650 code will be an added advantage
• Candidate should carry a proactive attitude
• Only Singaporeans
