This role provides comprehensive support across marketing, recruitment, and admissions for the Nanyang EMBA programme. It delivers impactful multimedia content, manages end-to-end applicant processes, and coordinates key stakeholder engagements. The position plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for prospective and current students across Singapore and overseas, while upholding the programme's brand standards and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and develop original and creative assets including short- and long-form videos, banners, and other content for campaigns and storytelling
Manage end-to-end video production-from concept and planning to filming, editing, and post-production
Edit video content with motion graphics and visual effects to strengthen narratives
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistent quality across platforms
Maintain application database and profiles
Arrange interviews within Singapore and overseas locations
Manage financial matters such as collection of application fee and enrolment fee
Assist international students in Student Pass application and related matters
Support programme events within Singapore and overseas locations
Any other duties as assigned by reporting officer
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree
At least 2 years of experience ideating, developing and executing content
Between 5 - 10 years relevant experience in administrative duties and events/programmes management in the higher education industry will be a plus
Understanding of online and social media marketing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, illustrator etc)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management
Able to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
Possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach
Effectively bilingual (reading, writing, and speaking) in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking students and stakeholders
