Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, driven marketing professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-energy team environment to deliver impactful campaigns. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build brands, and execute integrated campaigns across multiple education brands.

Key Job Responsibilities
Brand Development & Lead Generation
- Develop and implement brand awareness and lead generation strategies for assigned brands/centres
- Support initiatives to generate qualified leads for conversion
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Execute campaigns using a mix of online and offline channels, including digital, email, social media, events, content marketing, affiliate/referral, and local outreach
- Monitor and support optimisation of campaigns to achieve cost-effective outcomes
Content & Social Media Management
- Create and manage content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Support the development of written and video content to enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Monitor social media performance and contribute to continuous improvement of engagement metrics
Brand Engagement & Events
- Plan and coordinate marketing events and engagement initiatives, including CSR-related activities
- Work with Operations and HR teams to support customer and staff recruitment/engagement efforts
Visual & Video Production
- Assist in the production of visual and video content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic videography equipment
- Apply knowledge of storyboarding, filming, and editing workflows
Digital Marketing Support
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns and track performance indicators
- Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Coordination & Project Execution
- Liaise with external agencies, partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
- Support additional marketing activities and projects as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in marketing, events coordination, or public communications
- Familiarity with content creation across digital platforms
- Basic knowledge of video production workflows
- Experience using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic videography equipment is an advantage
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Basic proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is advantageous
- Prior experience in agency or consumer marketing environments is an advantage
- Good project coordination and time management skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
