Responsibilities

LEAD, DEVELOP, MONITOR & OPTIMIZE DIGITAL MEDIA EFFORT

  • Build & lead the three primary pillars of digital media at ONE Championship Programming, Production, and Community Management from strategic direction to day-to-day execution
  • Develop channel, event, and campaign-specific content plans across all digital media platforms
  • Monitor & optimize all social media efforts to ensure monthly and event-specific targets are met
  • Collaborate with the production team to create, schedule, refine, publish, and optimize social content, and adopt a hands-on approach to manage & approve social media copywriting needs

MANAGE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY PLATFORM PARTNERS

  • Establish & manage ONE's working relationship with key platform partners to ensure the brand is prioritized, supported, and remains an industry leader in the advertising space
  • Be responsible for communicating with multiple platforms to improve our social/digital performance. (e.g., including, but not limited to: Weibo, Tencent, Toutiao, Douyin, WeChat, Kwai, and Youku.)
  • Research & champion the latest developments in digital marketing strategy, emerging platforms, advertising innovation, and the competitive landscape

TRACK, ANALYZE, AND OPTIMIZE ALL DIGITAL-FIRST INITIATIVES

  • Analyze all digital marketing efforts & key metrics daily
  • Ensure all team KPIs are on track to achieve monthly & event-based targets
  • Educate the organization and develop new tactics to optimize digital marketing efforts

CONNECT SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE AND OTT PLATFORMS

  • Further develop the Company's Bytedance (Toutiao & Douyin) presence by combining event livestream and social media promotion together
  • Liaise with various departments, providing best practices & actionable insights

LEAD & IMPLEMENT THE EXECUTION OF ALL DIGITAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS

  • Drive business objectives by implementing campaigns across all platforms nationally
  • Develop & refine advertising workflows & processes
  • Develop actionable plans to optimize & improve related digital campaign initiatives
  • Drive O2O experiences during campaign periods
  • Report paid campaign results back to key stakeholders

MANAGE DIGITAL MARKETING BUDGET

  • Control all daily, weekly, monthly, and event-based digital marketing spends across all digital platforms

TEST & SOURCE NEW ADVERTISING SOLUTIONS & TOOLS

  • Constantly strive to find new solutions & tools that can up-level team efficiency & effectiveness

MANAGE AND LEAD MARKETING EXECUTIVES

  • Set & monitor team KPIs to ensure overarching team & company objectives are met
  • Educate internal departments and team members on social media best practices
  • Assign & ensure fulfillment of day-to-day team tasks
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage Marketing Executives, where applicable

Requirements

  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of & experience using various digital marketing platforms
  • 3+ years experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management, implementation, and optimisation
  • Proven track record of effective budget management
  • Experience with analytics & insights
