Responsibilities
- Provide support to establish criteria, policies, guidelines for Maintenance and Repair activity of dry & reefer unit
- Direct RHQ / Local MNR members and vendors with instruction on MNR activities for to control cost and maintain quality
- Supervise and support global cost activities
- Guide team and team leaders to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist to set organizational objectives and targets
- Conduct analysis of data on a regular basis to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement and report to HOD
- Perform regular depot audits (which includes administration and training) with the team and ensure Group policy, procedure and standards are adhered to
- Assist the HOD / team lead with strategic direction and contribute to the organization-wide strategy
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of field Maintenance and Repair operational skills and equipment flow management understanding
- Proficient in software / IT applications
- Detailed and analytical skills
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders and counterparts
