Responsibilities:
- Perform learning needs analysis, with close link to company's operations and business goals
- Source for suitable training providers for both in-house and external courses
- Manage training budget
- Develop development programmes essential to attain the competencies identified
- Review the various learning modes that best meet the needs of the organisation
- Develop framework to identify and upgrade the knowledge and skills of internal trainers (e.g. OJT instructors & facilitators)
Requirements:
- Degree in Business
- At least 4 years of experience in L&D
- Manufacturing experience will be a plus
