Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform learning needs analysis, with close link to company's operations and business goals
  • Source for suitable training providers for both in-house and external courses
  • Manage training budget
  • Develop development programmes essential to attain the competencies identified
  • Review the various learning modes that best meet the needs of the organisation
  • Develop framework to identify and upgrade the knowledge and skills of internal trainers (e.g. OJT instructors & facilitators)


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business
  • At least 4 years of experience in L&D
  • Manufacturing experience will be a plus
