Senior Executive, IT

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and cloud-based systems
• Support and maintain business applications and enterprise systems
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security controls in accordance with company policies
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of incidents
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and data protection regulations
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows environment, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity practices
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise systems will be an advantage
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) will be an added advantage
