Senior Executive - IT, Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
The role reports to the IT Software Development and Application Support Manager, and will be doing the in-house development covering both front end and back end as full stack developer.

Job Functions
Feature& Maintenance Development: Design, code, and maintain features for existing web applications using C# / .NET on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) on the frontend.

Bug Fixing& Code Refactoring: Identify, debug, and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt across the entire code stack.

Database Programming: Write efficient T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database migrations in MS SQL Server.

• Understand users requirements and translate them into application features
• Write high quality source code to program enhancements
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Perform functional and non-functional testing
• Respect the development standards
• Keep up with trends in terms of standard, technologies or methodologies
• Enrich the backlog of issues (source of recurring incidents), including description, impact/recurrence/priority
• Self-organize continuous learning on the IT applications and landscape

Job Requirements

• A recognized Degree in Information Technology, IT System Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid expertise in C# programming language (at least 5 years)
• Knowledge of .NET Framework (including WCF & WPF) or ASP.NET
• Advanced level in SQL (SQL Server) (at least 6 years)
• REST API design and development
• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on experience with a frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with banking environment
• Knowledge of clean and tested code writing
• Willing to work with other programming languages and frameworks where appropriate, particularly React and Python
• Good troubleshooting skills to find out root cause of issue and provide valuable suggestions to resolve the problem
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with good design and supportability
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (e.g., Agile)
• Strong communication skills, especially when engaging with stakeholders

• CI/CD& DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD concepts and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
