Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior/Executive, Human Resources (Training & Recruitment) to support the organisation's people development and talent acquisition efforts. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and coordination of training and development initiatives, ensuring employees are well-supported from onboarding through continuous learning.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organised, and passionate about building people capability while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer coordination.
- Source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment advice.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and talent pools for future hiring needs.
2. Training & Development
- Coordinate and administer training programmes and matrix including onboarding, mandatory training, and developmental courses.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external trainers, and training providers to schedule and manage training activities.
- Track training attendance, completion, and training records.
- Support training grants administration (e.g., SSG, SkillsFuture, WSQ), where applicable.
- Prepare training evaluation reports and maintain learning documentation.
- Support the rollout of learning initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and/or training coordination.
- Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong coordination, organisational, and time management skills.
