Job Description

  • Support talent management program, including talent identification, talent development, succession planning process and leadership development across business units for local and regional businesses

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries of succession pipelines and development progress

  • Assist in scheduling and facilitating talent calibration sessions with business leaders, talent management council and HRBPs

  • Follow up on development actions or stretch assignments identified during reviews

  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COE) - such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development to support the implementation of regional HR programs, policies and best practices

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and partnering with the regional HR teams and assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring consistency across teams

  • Support learning and development programs, including leadership and high-potential development initiatives

  • Assist to coordinate performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews

  • Provide administrative and operational HR partnership to support business leaders across multiple countries


Job Specification

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 1 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partner or Talent Management role

  • IHRP certification will be an advantage

  • Some HR experience in F&B, Retail or fast paced industry will be an advantage

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills

  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices

  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
