Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Senior HR Executive with strong experience in mass hiring and end-to-end recruitment (360) to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in mass retail, hospitality, or large F&B environments with demanding operational setups, and is confident in closing multiple vacancies within tight timelines while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Drive mass hiring initiatives to support operational manpower needs
Develop effective recruitment strategies to close vacancies within short timelines
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide practical recruitment solutions
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipeline updates
Support payroll processing and payroll administration
Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts and HR letters
Requirements
Minimum 35 years HR experience with strong recruitment exposure
Must have mass hiring experience in retail / hospitality / large F&B operations
Proven ability to hire at scale in fast-paced environments
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment (360 recruitment)
Payroll experience is an added advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
