Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Senior HR Executive with strong experience in mass hiring and end-to-end recruitment (360°) to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in mass retail, hospitality, or large F&B environments with demanding operational setups, and is confident in closing multiple vacancies within tight timelines while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage 360° end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Drive mass hiring initiatives to support operational manpower needs
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to close vacancies within short timelines
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide practical recruitment solutions
• Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipeline updates
• Support payroll processing and payroll administration
• Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts and HR letters
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years HR experience with strong recruitment exposure
Must have mass hiring experience in retail / hospitality / large F&B operations
Proven ability to hire at scale in fast-paced environments
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment (360 recruitment)
Payroll experience is an added advantage
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
