Senior Executive Human Resources

Job Summary:

As a Senior HR Executive, your primary focus will be recruitment, managing the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management across various roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the right talent efficiently and provide a positive candidate experience.

Beyond recruitment, you'll also support key HR operations, particularly employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience from a new hire's first day through to their exit.

Most importantly, you'll play a key role in building a stronger Dasher team by bringing in the right people, supporting them well, and strengthening our overall People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of hiring including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding follow up
• Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand manpower needs and support timely hiring
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn/social media, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct resume screening and coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain hiring trackers, documentation, and basic recruitment reports
• Provide ad-hoc HR support when required

What's the skill required

• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written); required to communicate with Mandarin speaking candidates.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment; experience supporting onboarding and offboarding is preferred.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, with a good understanding of interview and candidate assessment techniques, such as the STAR method.

You'll be supported by the internal HR team and work closely with hiring managers across departments to align on hiring needs, role expectations, and interview requirements. You'll also have guidance on recruitment processes, templates, and onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
