Join us as we advance our HR digitalisation efforts in Singapore. In this role, you will enhance our HR systems, improve process efficiency, and strengthen our data and reporting capabilities to support better decisionmaking. You will work with Dayforce a cloud-based HCM platform (prior Dayforce experience not required).
What You'll Do
- Configure, maintain, and improve our HRIS (Dayforce) to ensure smooth operations
- Review and optimise HR workflows in partnership with HR and business teams
- Manage system issues, enhancements, and vendor followups
- Provide user support, training, and HRIS documentation
- Develop HR dashboards and reports to uncover people insights
- Support HR digitalisation and system enhancement projects
What We're Looking For
- Degree in HR, IT, Business or related fields
- 35 years of HRIS experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR processes & data
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with dashboard/visualisation tools such as Power BI is a plus
