Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for foreign workers, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of employment records for all employee such as hiring, termination, leave administration, medical records, transfers, and promotions
Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign workers on administrative and HR-related issues, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
Handle and process monthly payroll for approximately 300 headcounts
Handle work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers
Manage all matters related to foreign workers WICA (Work Injury Compensation Act) claims and processes
Manage foreign workers dormitory-related matters, including accommodation arrangements, compliance with regulations, and day-to-day welfare concerns
Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Min. Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction sector
Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and Excel
Strong knowledge of local employment laws
Familiarity with Infotech would be an added advantage
