Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Senior Executive (SE) will Be partner and work closely with the HODs/ Head of Division / Clinical Directors) of assigned departments, to provide HR advice, support and service delivery to support business objectives. The SE will also support the Medical HR team across a wide spectrum of HR operations.
HR Business Partner
- Strategic HR Partnership - Partner with the HODs/ Head of Division / Clinical Directors) of assigned departments to align workforce strategies with organizational goals, manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning
- Employee Relations & Engagement - Serve as the first point of contact for staff on HR matters, fostering positive workplace relations, addressing concerns promptly, and driving employee engagement initiatives
- Performance & Talent Management - Support reporting officers in performance management processes, including setting goals, performance review and implementing performance improvement plans
HR Operations
- Work with Group Shared Services (GSS) in preparation for new appointments, renewal of contracts, re-employment, confirmation, transfer, and change in appointments
- Work with GSS on maintaining accurate HRIS records and e-personnel files
- Work with GSS on manpower billings and payments for doctors sold/ purchased services
- Work with both external and internal (GSS) stakeholders such as the Singapore Medical Council on the licensing, accreditation and registration matters
- Prepare payment of medical report fee, work-related claims and honorarium
- Responsible for annual renewal of medical malpractice insurance and practicing certificates for all existing doctors and new hires
Junior Doctors Posting
- Partner closely with MOHH and GSS on MOPEX postings
- Manage/ coordinate House Officer and Resident postings with MOHH and the Residency Office
- Coordinate with Department Administrators on supervisor assignments for MOs online performance appraisals (e-Appraisal system)
Projects & Process Improvement
- Support the Reporting Officer in process reviews and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to other HR projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-3 years of HR generalist experience. Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR regulations
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong team player with adaptability and resilience
