Job Description

We are looking for a driven and business-oriented HR Business Partner to work directly with line leaders in a fast-paced operational environment. This is a true partnering role you will be embedded with the business, trusted to influence people decisions, and actively involved in shaping and improving HR practices that drive performance, productivity, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with operational and business priorities.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation, supporting leaders in making sound people decisions.
  • Partner stakeholders on manpower planning and recruitment, managing the end-to-end hiring process and influencing hiring outcomes.
  • Support compensation and benefits reviews (salary benchmarking, increments, bonuses, allowances), balancing market competitiveness with internal equity and business affordability.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters, with sound judgement and professionalism.
  • Review and improve HR workflows, policies, and practices, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive or support employee engagement and wellness initiatives, translating insights into practical actions on the ground.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of HR business partnering or HR generalist experience, ideally in operations-driven environments.
  • Strong learning agility, sound judgement, and the confidence to engage and influence line leaders.
  • Ability to connect people issues with business outcomes not just policy compliance.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the resilience to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and a clear desire to grow into a stronger, broader HRBP role.
