Who We Need
We are looking for a Senior / Executive to support the smooth operations of the Housekeeping department and ensure a clean, safe and service-oriented hospital environment.
Your key responsibilities are:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleaning standards are met.
Inspect patient rooms, public areas, equipment and ensure timely follow-up of cleaning tasks.
Supervise and guide housekeeping staff and conduct training where required.
Monitor work schedules, manpower deployment and project cleaning activities.
Support quality assurance initiatives, inventory control and vendor performance.
Provide updates and reports to the management team.
Assist in planning, rostering and administrative duties
Conduct staff meetings and support departmental improvement initiatives.
How to Succeed
Minimum Diploma (Preferably Hospitality).
At least 2 years of experience in hospitality/housekeeping.
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
IT literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
