As a Senior Executive, HRIS, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Partner with the HR leadership team to drive the full-lifecycle implementation of a new HR Information System, from initial scoping and configuration to final go-live.
- Act as the primary custodian for system integrity, managing user permissions, security protocols, and ensuring strict adherence to data governance.
- Curate and maintain the master employee database, ensuring 100% data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Proactively audit HR workflows to identify bottlenecks implement automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
- Design and deliver comprehensive HR dashboards and reports to provide leadership with actionable intelligence on workforce trends.
- Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical troubleshooting and developing training modules to boost system adoption.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal IT teams to ensure seamless system performance and timely feature updates.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Information Technology, or Business Management
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in HR Systems Management.
