Job Description

Job Summary

As a Senior Executive within the Group Marketing Excellence team, you will be a key driver in positioning FairPrice Finest as the preferred retailer and lifestyle destination for young families and affluent shoppers. You will lead the execution and optimization of digital, social, and in-store communication touchpoints to drive customer excitement, store traffic, and conversion. This role requires a proactive go-getter who can balance high-impact digital marketing with a hands-on approach to the store experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrated Campaign Execution & Support

  • Strategic Rollout: Support the formulation and lead the execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Cross-Format Collaboration: Lead execution tracks for major company-wide festive campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across various retail formats.
  • Project Coordination: Manage end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring all projects meet ambitious timelines and high-quality standards.

2. Digital & CRM Communication Management

  • Omni-channel Deployment: Act as the primary lead for managing digital communication channels, including EDMs, Push Notifications (PNS), and geo-targeted alerts.
  • Content Governance: Plan and coordinate content deployment across campaign landing pages and digital screens, ensuring messaging is accurate, timely, and optimized for engagement.
  • Web Management: Maintain and manage landing pages (familiarity with WordPress preferred) to support ongoing campaign activities.

3. Social Media Ownership & Content Creation

  • Channel Growth: Drive engagement across Instagram, Facebook (including the Finest Closed Group), and TikTok.
  • Agency Partnership: Work closely with creative agencies to develop content calendars and compelling assets (Reels, Stories, Carousels) that resonate with target audiences.
  • Agile Content: Independently create simple, in-house social content using mobile-based filming and editing tools when required.

4. In-Store Experience & Event Management

  • Store-Level Growth: Implement marketing support for high-potential stores, utilizing foot traffic and sales data to drive targeted activations.
  • POSM Coordination: Oversee the planning and deployment of in-store Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure a seamless transition from online communications to the physical
  • store.
  • Event Oversight: Manage the logistics, manpower, and on-ground execution of marketing events and brand activations.

5. Budget & Performance Tracking

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the marketing budget for assigned campaigns, focusing on maximizing ROI through tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Establish KPIs and lead post-campaign reporting to translate data into actionable insights for future optimization.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in retail marketing, FMCG, or working with creative/media agencies on integrated 360 campaigns.
  • Social media savvy with a strong understanding of platform trends; basic knowledge of mobile-based content creation and editing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex timelines simultaneously.
  • A blend of a creative eye for aesthetics and an analytical mind for interpreting performance data.
