Senior Executive, Global HR - Performance Management (Global HQ) 12-Month Contract

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Performance Management system, global guidelines, and handling technical inquiries from the region or staff members
• Provide proactive support in overseeing performance management projects, encompassing coordination, implementation, and subsequent evaluation of results
• Partner with regional teams to provide comprehensive support in implementing Global HR projects, fostering alignment and best practices across the organization
• Collaborate closely with the system support team to manage employee inquiries and execute functional improvements for the performance management platform
• Provide support and contribute to various ONE Academy initiatives, ensuring consistency with established objectives
• Participate in any ad-hoc projects and provide support as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline
• 2 years of experience in HR, especially in performance management
• Strong hands-on experience in MS Suite (e.g., PowerPoint) and Google
• Good time and project management skills, including overseeing timelines and follow-ups
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Energetic and passionate
• Shipping industry experience is advantageous
