About The Role

The Human Resource Executive role is a generalist HR role that allows the job holder to experience HR management at various levels and along various HR domains. The position reports directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer and will be responsible for the following:

Talent Acquisition to work with partners to

• Source, screen, and surface potential talents for the organization
• Onboard new joiners

Employee Lifecycle Management to mange the entire lifecycle of employees, including:

• Development and growth
• Employee engagement
• Performance and incentives management
• Compensation and benefits
• Offboarding

Human Resource Compliance to ensure HR compliance to various laws and statutory obligations, including:

• Statutory reporting
• Foreign talent compliance
