Reporting to Head of Finance & Admin and working closely with our accounts and admin team, you will be responsible for:
Job Scope:
- Handle and manage partial to full sets of accounting, include Assets and Liabilities submission.
- Manage Fixed Assets registers.
- Monthly client register updates for clients (AR)
- Tracking of Government Subvention Disbursement
- Resident's funds updates
- Prepare audit schedules for annual audit
Other Ad-hoc matters
. Preferably with at least 3 years relevant experience
. Proficient in MS Office applications
. Knowledge of MYOB Accounting system will be an advantage
. Meticulous and organised, a good team player with good attitude
