Oversee tenancy management matters, build strong rapport with tenants and provide support on tenancy works.
Oversee tenant's fit-out work and landlord's tenancy works. This includes conduct design and fit-out briefing to tenants and tenants appointed contractors, review all documentations for fit-out applications to ensure compliance with building's and statutory requirements. Provide guidance on fit-out procedures to new tenants and monitor tenants fit out progress.
Manage process for invitation of tender, request for quotations on services to be procured. Perform tender evaluation, recommendation of award to award of contracts.
Perform regular inspection of building to identify defects, coordinate with relevant stakeholders and contractors on schedule of defects rectification. Monitor defects rectification process till the completion of rectification works.
Plan, facilitate, execute, oversee and manage capex, asset enhancement works, repairs and maintenance works.
Supervise and manage term contractors, including security, housekeeping, pest control, landscape, refuse disposal. Ensure term contractors deliver the service standard required.
Manage and supervise car park operations, prepare car park occupancy reports.
Review operational policies & processes to enhance work flow efficiency.
Assist with other ad hoc projects and facilities management initiatives assigned.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in facilities, property, building and/or real estate management.
Have relevant working experience in Facilities Management procurement & purchasing / project management / Developer.
Experience in Facilities Operations for Retail Developments will be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience for Diploma Holders.
Minimum 3 years of experience for Degree Holders.
Those with more years of experience may be considered for a Senior role.
